I noticed a HUGE mistake in this episode. Look at 2:25, you can clearly see both Hardhead and Cromedome transform with thier Headmaster abilities BEFORE they were developed. You can see a little transformer jump and transform into thier heads.

You're right. In issue #42 of the comic, it was revealed that Nebulos poisoned their fuel supply in response to a pair of Decepticons who stuck around to cause trouble. HiQ and his researchers created the Powermaster process, but his disgruntled partner and an assistant (Hi-Test & Throttle) used the process to binary-bond themselves to the 'Cons. When the Autobots came to build Optimus a new body, Prime and 3 'Bots were made into the Autobot Powermasters. HiQ's team paired with the 3 Autobots.

ok well i like the headmasters and the target masters but the quality of the episode declined after the original animated movie
